Property Manager Portal
Request an Authorized Vehicle Tow
Use this portal to submit a towing request for a private residential or commercial property managed by your organization.
Tow requests must come from someone who works for or officially represents the property. Residents, visitors, and unrelated third parties cannot request a private-property tow through the portal.
Before You Submit a Request
Please confirm that:
- You work for or officially represent the property.
- You are authorized to request the vehicle's removal.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- The vehicle is located on the private property identified in the request.
- You have the required photographs and documentation.
- You have completed the required authorization form.
- If the tow requires 24-hour notice, you have photographic proof that the vehicle was properly tagged.
Vehicles That May Qualify for Immediate Removal
Certain parking violations in residential areas and communities may qualify for removal without a 24-hour notice. A vehicle may qualify for immediate removal when it is:
- Parked in a reserved or paid space without authorization
- Parked in or blocking a designated fire lane
- Parked in a handicap space without the required placard
- Blocking or impeding the normal passage of vehicles
- Parked in a permit-only community without the required permit
All other violations require a 24-hour notice before the vehicle can be removed.
Eligibility will be reviewed based on the vehicle’s location, the property’s parking requirements, photographs, and authorization provided with the request.
Residential Property Violations
Other parking violations may require a 24-hour notice before the vehicle can be towed.
If a vehicle does not meet the criteria for immediate removal, the property may need to provide the required notice and allow the applicable waiting period before requesting the tow.
For these situations, the property should:
- Place the required 24-hour notice or tag on the vehicle.
- Photograph the tagged vehicle as proof of notice.
- Complete the required authorization form.
- Submit the photographs and supporting information with the tow request.
Expired tags alone do not qualify a vehicle for towing. Other property-specific parking violations may also require the applicable notice before removal.
